When you purchase any MYOB product, you have access to free MYOB support for the first month from the time you register your MYOB software. After that, you’re on your own….. (Only kidding!!)
The following support options are available:
(a) You can pay a monthly support plan to MYOB. This entitles you to unlimited calls to the MYOB support desk at no further charge and free upgrades. This plan ranges from $29.50 - $44.95 per month depending on what MYOB software you are using. This option is best if you require continual general support and want to have the latest MYOB versions always. Contact us for a quote for this, as we may be able to give you a 10% discount if you pay the yearly amount up front.
(b) You can pay per call to the MYOB support desk. Minimum charge is $30/call. This option is best if you require adhoc general support.
(c) You can find the answers for yourself using the MYOB Online Knowledge base. (link)
OR
(d) You can phone up Beenz & Bytes or another certified consultant and ask for help. This option is best if you require immediate help specific to your organization or on-site support.
