MYOB PAYROLL UPGRADE - SPECIAL PRICE

c)                 Payroll Business Support for 1 Year – this will include Payroll 2010 upgrade and any Payroll upgrades that may occur during the year.  RRP $354+GST (B&B Special price $318+GST)

d)                If you have Accounting Plus & Payroll, you may want to consider the option of Accounting Plus including Payroll Business Support for 1 year, which includes all Accounting Plus & Payroll upgrades during the year.  RRP $539+GST (B&B Special price $485+GST)

My recommendation:  I think the business support option is the best value for money, as it is very likely the tax rates will change again in October, so an upgrade will be necessary then.

 The new Payroll upgrade includes the following features:

 -         Payroll Giving Scheme

-         Change in PAYE rates due to ACC Earner Levy and Threshold changes

-         New SB tax code (Secondary Bottom tax code of 14.5% where all income earnt is < $14,000)

-         Changes to Extra Pay calculations (where SB rate can be used and option for an ACC Earner Levy exemption to be selected)

-         Fixes to a few minor issues with previous release (eg Kiwisaver contributions for under 18 year olds, Child Support EMS code fix and ODBS integration issues in a network situation)
